Sales Leads Agent Services Agreement 1. Scope of Services: a. The Agent will provide sales-related services, including cold calling, email marketing, lead generation, meeting coordination, and client engagement as outlined in agreed-upon goals. 2. Performance Metrics: a.The Agent will be evaluated based on call and email volumes, lead generation, meeting coordination, and closing rates. b. Regular reports will be provided, detailing activities and performance against set targets. 3. Client Communication: a. The Agent will maintain transparent communication, providing regular updates on sales activities. b. Issues will be promptly addressed through effective communication channels. 4. Confidentiality: a. The Agent agrees to treat all Client information as confidential. b. Measures will be taken to ensure the security of client data. 5. Intellectual Property: a. Any intellectual property developed or used during services shall remain the Client's property. 6. Termination: a. Either party may terminate with written notice. b. Termination is effective at the end of the month with immediate termination for material breach. 7. Marketing Costs: a. The Client covers additional marketing costs, including advertising and social media promotion. 8. non-solicitation: a. The Agent agrees not to solicit clients, customers, or employees. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements.
