Termination: • Either party may terminate this service agreement at the end of the month. • Termination can be initiated by providing written notice to the other party. 5. Limitation of Liability: • Our company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the support service. • In no event shall our company's liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service. 7. Modification of Service: • Our company reserves the right to modify the scope of the 24/7 Support Service with prior notice to the client. • Any significant changes will be communicated in writing, and the client has the option to terminate the agreement if they do not agree with the modifications. By entering into this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
